Job Description

We are Hiring for IT Administrator Job Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities :

System & Network Management
Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and computer systems.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum uptime.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Security & Compliance
Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures (firewalls, antivirus, data protection policies).
Conduct regular system backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and legal regulations.
Technical Support
Provide hardware and software support to employees.
Resolve network, application, and system-related issues in a timely manner.
Maintain an IT helpdesk/ticketing system for issue tracking.
Infrastructure & Asset Management
Manage IT hardware inventory (computers, routers, printers, etc.).
Oversee procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment.
Maintain software licenses and updates.
Collaboration & Documentation
Coordinate with vendors and external service providers.
Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Train staff on IT systems, security awareness, and software usage.
Innovation & Optimization
Identify opportunities to improve IT infrastructure and operations.
Recommend new technologies to enhance productivity and security.
Support cloud services, virtualization, and digital transformation initiatives.
