within our different business units reporting into the Lead Information Manager and responsible for the implementation of the UK BIM Framework including ISO19650 Series along with regional specific BIM standards within your allocated projects.As an

within our Business Units you will undertake a key role in helping our clients achieve their goals and outcomes. - Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to supporting others across the team in delivery.
- Communicate effectively, allowing you to maintain relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
- Harness the ability to apply the latest Information Management techniques and practices within Construction and Infrastructure Industry including industry standards and government policies
- Establish, manage, and control the Common Data Environment with good knowledge of interconnecting Electronic Data Management Systems, along with its processes, procedures and ensuring its integrity.
- Demonstrate an understanding of authoring tools utilised by the Construction industry to manage client’s, supplier’s, and project’s graphical and non-graphical data.
- Demonstrate comprehensive experience of collaboration software.
- Create, set up, coordinate, and deliver Information Management Protocols and Execution Plans.
- Demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of the roles, relationships and responsibilities required of Information Management within Project delivery.
- Assesses capability and training needs, proactively implementing training and support.
- Recognize emerging technologies, opportunities and solutions that support our Clients and Project Delivery.
Here's what you'll need
- Proven experience in a technical and/or engineering space with a thorough understanding of project information management principles and application
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience working in the Construction, or Engineering industry
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing design coordination meetings between different disciplines, conducting clash detection, and resolving clashes.
- Proficient in reviewing and creating client EIRs and developing BEPs.
- Proficient in understanding the ISO 19650 series, as well as regional-specific Building Information Modelling (BIM) standards.
- Good organisation skills and an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Experience of ensuring the fundamental compliance in Information Management according to the UK BIM Framework is preferred.
- Knowledge of transportation design processes within a multi-disciplinary engineering environment is preferred.
- Experience of implementing various interconnecting Electronic Data Management Systems.
- A professional certification with sufficient experience in BIM technology
- An interest in project leadership.
