About The Opportunity

Opportunity within the IT Services & Data Engineering sector supporting large-scale enterprise data warehouse, analytics, and reporting programs across banking, fintech, retail and healthcare verticals. This on-site role in India focuses on building and operating robust ETL pipelines and production-grade integrations that drive reliable business intelligence and reporting.

Informatica ETL Developer (On-site, India)Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain Informatica PowerCenter/Cloud mappings, sessions, workflows and transformations to deliver scalable ETL pipelines.
Implement reusable mapping patterns and data integration components; translate functional requirements into technical designs and mapping specifications.
Diagnose and resolve ETL issues in development and production—perform session tuning, pushdown optimization, partitioning and resource tuning for performance.
Collaborate with Data Architects, BI developers and QA to validate data lineage, reconciliation, and data quality checks across source-to-target flows.
Create and maintain technical documentation, unit tests, deployment artifacts and participate in code reviews and release activities using version control.
Support production runbooks: monitor jobs, investigate incidents, apply fixes and automate scheduling with shell scripts/cron as required.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Proven hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter for ETL design and development
Familiarity with Informatica Cloud (IDMC) or cloud-based data integration
Strong ETL development capabilities and knowledge of data integration best practices
Advanced SQL and PL/SQL for data validation, transformations and performance troubleshooting
Experience working in Unix/Linux environments and scripting for job automation
Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling and ETL patterns
Hands-on ETL performance tuning and optimization experience

Preferred

Experience with Informatica PowerExchange or PowerCenter Admin
Familiarity with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) or enterprise data validation tools
Exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure) or cloud-native data integration services
