About The Opportunity

A fast-growing IT services firm in the Enterprise Data Integration & Analytics sector, delivering end-to-end data warehousing, ETL, and BI solutions for large enterprise clients. We design, build and operate scalable data pipelines and integrations that enable accurate reporting, analytics and operational data stores.Primary title (standardized): Informatica ETL Developer. Location: On-site - India.Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain Informatica ETL mappings, workflows and sessions to ingest, transform, and load enterprise datasets into data warehouses and data marts.
Implement reusable transformations and performance-tuned mappings; troubleshoot and optimize long-running sessions and SQL pushdowns.
Create and maintain source-to-target mappings, data lineage documentation and deployment artifacts for CI/CD pipelines.
Author and validate complex SQL and PL/SQL used by Informatica workflows; collaborate with DBAs to tune database performance.
Provide production support, root-cause analysis, incident resolution and implement fixes with proper change management and rollback plans.
Work closely with data architects, ETL leads and QA to deliver robust unit-tested deliverables and ensure successful on-site client deployments.

Qualifications (Role Requirements)

Proven hands-on experience in Informatica ETL development and production support for enterprise data integration projects.
Experience across the full SDLC with exposure to Agile delivery and CI/CD deployment practices.
Strong debugging and performance-tuning experience for ETL jobs and SQL queries.
Willingness and ability to work on-site in India at client locations as required.
