Job Description

We, at VuduCom, are looking for a Influencer Marketing Specialist who can help us identify the right influencers to drive the best ROI for our key clients.


Influencer Marketing Specialist Responsibilities

  1. Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers in target industries and demographics.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer marketing campaigns with overall marketing objectives and brand voice.
  3. Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, including payment terms and deliverables.
  4. Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, social media, and digital marketing.
  6. Maintain relationships with influencers, ensuring ongoing collaboration opportunities and brand advocacy.
  7. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on influencer marketing best practices and strategies.
  8. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all influencer marketing activities adhere to relevant regulations and guidelines.


Influencer Marketing Specialist Required Skills

  1. Proven experience as an Influencer Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  2. In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.
  4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with influencers and internal stakeholders.
  5. Solid negotiation and contract management skills.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.


Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 year of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
  3. Strong understanding of industry regulations and guidelines related to influencer marketing.
  4. Familiarity with legal and compliance considerations in influencer marketing.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
