Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Specialist, located in Delhi, India. The Influencer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and managing influencer relationships, strategizing collaborations to authentically promote brands, tracking performance, and ensuring compliance. Daily tasks include researching influencers, negotiating contracts, managing campaigns, and analyzing data.

• Influencer Identification, Relationship Management, and Collaboration Strategy skills
• Experience with Performance Tracking, Data Analysis, and Compliance
• Strong Negotiation and Communication skills
• Experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Engagement
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in influencer marketing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
