Role Overview

We’re hiring an Experiential Project Lead / Account Manager to manage end-to-end brand activations and experiential projects. The role requires strong vendor management, team alignment, and client servicing skills to ensure seamless execution.


Key Responsibilities


  • Close and manage vendors, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
  • Align internal teams (creative, design, production) for smooth execution.
  • Service clients with professionalism and timely communication.
  • Oversee on-ground activations and ensure flawless delivery.
  • Track budgets and maintain accountability.


Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in experiential marketing, events, or brand activations.
  • Strong vendor negotiation and people management skills.
  • Excellent client servicing and multitasking abilities.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
