Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Influencer Marketing Manager / Executive who comes with an existing network of influencers and the ability to drive impactful brand collaborations. The ideal candidate should be well-connected, skilled in cold outreach, and capable of managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns with measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Leverage your own influencer network to quickly activate and execute brand campaigns.Identify, onboard, and manage new influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, etc.Conduct cold calls, cold messaging, and outreach to influencers and their managers.Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and contracts in line with budget allocations.Strategically plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns from briefing to execution.Ensure timely content deliveries and monitor campaign performance using relevant KPIs.Maintain detailed influencer databases and campaign trackers.Stay updated with social media trends, pricing benchmarks, and emerging influencer categories.Build long-term relationships with influencers for ongoing brand partnerships.Who Can Apply:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media partnerships, or brand collaboration.Must have an existing network of influencers or creators across relevant categories.Must have experience in managing 2000+ creatorsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strong cold calling, cold messaging, and outreach ability.Ability to handle multiple campaigns and tight deadlines efficiently.Basic understanding of content trends, social media analytics, and influencer pricing.
