Position Overview:

We're seeking motivated professionals with some experience to join our influencer marketing team. This role is ideal for candidates with 8 months to 1 year of experience in influencer marketing. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to both brand and music campaign management while growing your expertise in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential influencers across social media platforms based on campaign requirements
• Maintain and optimize our influencer database with detailed analytics and performance metrics
• Coordinate campaigns and manage direct communication with creators
• Analyze campaign metrics and prepare performance reports
• Track and report on social media trends and emerging content formats
• Create and maintain campaign documentation and materials
• Execute campaigns independently while coordinating with senior team members
• Develop campaign briefs and content guidelines under supervision

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in influencer marketing
• Proven understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and current trends
• Working knowledge of campaign metrics and content performance analysis
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday

(All Saturdays WFH)

Full-time position

On-site work at Kandivali office
