Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Manager, located in Pune. The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, identifying and building relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts, and coordinating influencer campaigns. The manager will also track and analyze campaign performance, report on ROI, and manage the influencer marketing budget.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in contract negotiation and budget management
• Ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Creativity and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
