We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager (Talent Manager) who can shape and nurture creator partnerships, drive campaign success, and unlock opportunities where brands and influencers thrive together.


Role & Responsibilities


  • Talent Onboarding & Management: Identify, approach, and onboard influencers across categories—building long-term relationships that align with their growth and brand synergies.
  • Strategic Brand Fit: Match the right influencers with the right brands to maximize campaign performance and storefront success.
  • Content Integration: Guide discussions with creators to seamlessly integrate products and brand narratives into their content in an authentic, creative way.
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure quality output from influencers while balancing brand expectations.
  • Negotiation & Collaboration: Negotiate terms, establish commercial agreements, and foster trust-driven partnerships with influencers.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor influencer performance, analyze data, and extract insights to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
  • Post-Campaign Reporting: Conduct campaign post-mortems, generate detailed reports with actionable recommendations, and provide strategic input for future campaigns.
  • Creative & Business Support: Collaborate with internal teams to shape campaign ideas, brand strategies, and influencer marketing solutions that deliver measurable results.


Requirements


  • 2 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing or talent management.
  • Proven ability in negotiating rates and terms with influencers.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills—able to move campaigns from idea to flawless execution.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and extract insights.
  • Creative thinker who can provide fresh input across campaigns and projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred.
