JD for Influencer Marketing Manager :

What can you Expect

In this role, you can expect to manage influencer marketing campaigns by networking with influencers, crafting persuasive pitches, and ensuring brand alignment. You&aposll act as a key liaison for clients, nurturing relationships,and coordinating campaign execution across teams to meet objectives efficiently. Additionally, you&aposll oversee timelines and schedules, prioritize tasks, and identify opportunities for business growth through upselling and client servicing, all while ensuring timely project delivery and client satisfaction.

1. Influencer marketing:

- Build a solid relationship with influencers & Management agencies as well as maintain relations with the existing clients

- Responsible for reaching out to influencer marketing agencies to discuss new business synergies.

- Sharing the quotations and deliverables to brands and agencies as per the requirements

- Plan persuasive approaches & pitches that will convince potential influencers & clients to engage in business with

the company.

- Analyse the clients brand tone, the vision, and how they would like to project themselves.

- Ensure these timelines are shared with the influencer&aposs agencies and partners we are working with

- Responsible for carrying out in-depth research to identify the current influencers/bloggers in the market and the

correlation between their market projections and the brand.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to create innovative art work to ensure that designs are

relevant and effective in capturing the target audience&aposs attention

- To keep a high standard in communication skills and methods used on behalf of the agency

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring efficient and effective communication.

- Understand the client&aposs brand identity, core values, and unique selling propositions (USPs) to execute effective campaigns.

- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients.

- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and feedback.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, overseeing a smooth execution process.

- Provide valuable insights to enhance campaign performance and achieve optimal results

3. Campaign management:

- Work closely with internal teams, including creative, and production, to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects/campaigns

- Coordinate campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and conceptualise weekly/monthly content, pitches and campaigns.

- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of the deliverables.

- Following internal TATs, tasks prioritisation, and timely delivery of work.

- Identifying opportunities to upsell additional digital marketing services to existing clients.

4. Timelines and Schedules:

- Assist managers in prioritising tasks and maintaining timelines and schedules.

- Prioritise tasks across various brands ensuring the timely & accurate delivery of client work.

- Promptly responding to emails.

- Ensuring timely delivery of client requirements & expectation management

5. Vendor Management:

- Invoicing and follow-up on payments.

- Maintain relevant trackers with accurate information

6. Cross-Functional Coordination:

-Collaborate closely with Creative Team, Account Management, Edit Team and Production Team to understand project requirements and deliver shoots that meet client needs.

7. Time Management:

-Time Management: Ensure all assigned projects meet deadlines while ensuring team

members also adhere to timelines.

8. Upselling and Business Development:

- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients, contributing to the growth of the business.

- Collaborate with the Brand Solutions team to develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling services.

- Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on industry trends and best practices to encourage the adoption of additional services.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges,

and expectations.

9. Team Collaboration and Mentorship:

- Mentor and Train a team of Creative writers, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes creativity and

professional growth.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Designers, Production, and Account Management specialists

to deliver integrated Creative solutions.

Skills Required:

- Strong Communication both verbal & written and presentation skills

- Minimum 03 to 05 years of Experience

- Time management skills

- Should be able to ace multitasking

- Can-do attitude & a problem solver

- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind

- Excellent client satisfaction skills.

- Technical knowledge of G-Suite & influencer analytics platforms

- Production experience will be an added advantage
