Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Manager based in Faridabad. The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. The role includes identifying and building relationships with prominent influencers, managing influencer communication, negotiating contracts, implementing campaigns, and monitoring their performance. Additionally, the Influencer Marketing Manager will work closely with other marketing team members to align influencer activities with company goals, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide feedback to improve content and engagement.

Qualifications

Experience in developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies
Skills in identifying, researching, and building relationships with influencers
Proficiency in communication, contract negotiation, and relationship management
Data analysis and performance tracking skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience in the media or digital marketing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
