About the Role

Influencer Marketing Specialist

You’ll be responsible for identifying the right influencers, managing collaborations end-to-end, tracking performance, and helping NutrioBox grow its digital footprint through authentic and creative storytelling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with NutrioBox’s brand and growth objectives.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard relevant influencers — from micro to macro creators across food, fitness, and lifestyle categories.
  • Negotiate collaborations, manage budgets, and track deliverables and timelines.
  • Coordinate with the content and design teams to ensure campaign consistency and quality.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI) and optimize strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and creator marketing best practices.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand collaborations, or social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and creator analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for authentic storytelling and brand alignment.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Location: Delhi NCR

Department: Marketing & Brand Communications

Experience: 1–3 years (preferably in influencer or social media marketing)
