Influencer Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, well-connected, and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to lead and execute influencer campaigns across platforms. You’ll be responsible for identifying relevant creators, managing partnerships, and tracking campaign impact.

Key Responsibilities

-Identify, vet, and onboard influencers aligned with brand goals

-Plan and execute influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms

-Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers or their agents

-Manage contracts, briefs, and approvals end-to-end

-Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize campaigns

-Build long-term relationships with creators and influencer communities

-Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to align messaging

Requirements

-1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management

-Strong knowledge of the Indian creator ecosystem

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

-Familiarity with tools like Upfluence, Influencity, or in-platform analytics

-Organized, proactive, and results-driven

Nice to Have

-Previous experience working at an agency or D2C brand

-Basic understanding of paid media and performance marketing

-Creative eye for social media trends and content formats
