Creative Director- Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a CD-Designer who’s equally excited about strong visual storytelling and the power of AI tools.You should have the eye of a traditional designer — understanding balance, typography, layout, and storytelling but also the curiosity to experiment with Midjourney, Runway, Figma AI, and other generative tools.This role is ideal for someone who can create and lead design concepts, use AI to speed up ideation, and work with brand teams to translate strategy into visuals, campaigns, and content-ready creative.You’ll be the one people turn to when they say: “This needs a stronger mood” or “We need something cooler.”

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead creative thinking across brand visuals, campaigns, and video content

-Translate briefs into moodboards, creative direction, and references

-Collaborate closely with designers, editors, and content leads

-Review, guide, and shape the team’s work (design + video + social)

-Be involved in shoot direction, film treatments, and visual storytelling

-Work with the Founder and Brand Leads to shape creative vision

Requirement:

-Good creative experience (agency or brand side is +)

-Strong portfolio with branding, campaign, and storytelling work

-Sharp eye for visual trends, youth culture, and design instinct

-Clear communicator, collaborator, and team mentor

-Bonus if you can use tools like Photoshop, Figma, or Premiere Pro — but not mandatory

-Branding, design thinking, and visual storytelling

-Figma, Photoshop, Canva (bonus: After Effects or Premiere Pro)

-AI tools like Midjourney, Runway ML, or Adobe Firefly

-Rapid experimentation and iteration

-Taking feedback and turning it into stronger creative
