About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing influencer-led campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive conversions. You’ll play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with creators, tracking performance, and ensuring strategic growth month over month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth competitive research to identify influencer marketing trends and opportunities.
• Develop and execute monthly influencer strategies aligned with brand goals and campaign requirements.
• Identify, onboard, and maintain a strong roster of creators across beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and other relevant categories.
• Build long-term, meaningful relationships with influencers to create authentic collaborations.
• Monitor and analyze influencer performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, conversions, etc.) to ensure campaign success.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, brand, performance) to align influencer content with overall marketing objectives.
• Maintain regular reporting and insights to track effectiveness and ROI of influencer campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging platforms, tools, and creator trends to keep strategies fresh and effective.

• Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok.).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze metrics.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for content, creators, and community building.
