Job Title: Influencer Marketing Executive Location: Gurugram, Sector-67 Timing: 10:30 am to 7:00 pm Working days: Monday to Friday (WFO) and Saturday (WFH) Experience: 1 to 3 years Salary: As per the market standard No. of Vacancies: 01 About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing influencer-led campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive conversions. You’ll play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with creators, tracking performance, and ensuring strategic growth month over month. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth competitive research to identify influencer marketing trends and opportunities. Develop and execute monthly influencer strategies aligned with brand goals and campaign requirements. Identify, onboard, and maintain a strong roster of creators across beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and other relevant categories. Build long-term, meaningful relationships with influencers to create authentic collaborations. Monitor and analyze influencer performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, conversions, etc.) to ensure campaign success. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, brand, performance) to align influencer content with overall marketing objectives. Maintain regular reporting and insights to track effectiveness and ROI of influencer campaigns. Stay up-to-date with emerging platforms, tools, and creator trends to keep strategies fresh and effective. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or a similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok.). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze metrics. Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Passion for content, creators, and community building.
