Industrial Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, steel, power, and engineering.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products/solutions.
• Conduct client visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Generate inquiries and prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
• Coordinate with internal technical, logistics, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Track competitors' activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and reports through CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial or B2B technical sales.
• Good knowledge of industrial products like machinery, tools, equipment, or automation systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client locations and industrial sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
