Update the compliance portal with all necessary data as per defined timelines. Review the HIRA compliances and ensure effective implementation of the same. Agency/ Vendor/ Contractor Managemen t - Participate in pre-bid meetings and orient contractors (related to finishing work) on project requirements for assigned projects, emphasizing safety guidelines and expectations. Conduct pre-qualification assessments for contractors, supplying evaluation data to the contracts team to aid vendor selection. Participate in project kick-off meetings and inform contractors on safety regulations to be followed. Assist in gathering site-specific observations on contractor performance and contribute to recommendations for improvement. Continuous Improvements - Assist the regional safety manager in gathering data for root cause analysis and recommending corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for the projects assigned.
