Job Description

As a Team Leader for Technical Support Engineers, you will be responsible for managing a team of technical support engineers. Your core responsibilities include directing, administering, and controlling day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. Your primary focus will be on providing high-quality service and an extraordinary customer experience. In this role, you will be tasked with managing staffing levels by implementing appropriate hiring and attrition management strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for schedule management and rostering to optimize team efficiency. Furthermore, you will play a key role in promoting the development of the area management team and succession planning. This will involve coaching, training, and leadership development to ensure a capable and skilled workforce. The ideal candidate should have proven work experience as a Team Leader or Front Line Manager for a technical team. You should possess in-depth knowledge of performance metrics such as NPS and CSAT. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential for success in this role. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle clients effectively are also required.
