Core Responsibilities:

  • Managing Team of Technical Support Engineers
  • Direct, administer and control day to day operations
  • Ensure compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures in order to provide high quality service and extraordinary customer experience
  • Manage staffing through appropriate hiring and attrition management
  • Schedule Management and Rostering
  • Ensure and promote development of the area management team/succession planning through coaching, training, and leadership development

Requirements:

  • Proven Work Experience as a Team Leader/Front Line Manager for a Technical Team
  • In-Depth Knowledge of Performance Metrics/NPS/CSAT
  • Organizational and Time-Management Skills
  • Possesses Excellent Communication Skills
  • Client Handling Skills
