Job Description Tata Electronics Pte. Ltd is looking for a Senior Industrial Engineering Manager for our very first wafer fabrication facility in Dholera India. As a Senior Industrial Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire capacity planning, layout planning, capex planning and equipment install and qualification scheduling processes in preparing for pilot and high volume manufacturing production. Tasks • Lead overall capacity modelling/planning/expenditures for wafer fabrication. Works with demand planning, manufacturing, procurement, process and equipment engineering to ensure demand is met. • Develop and implement capacity model, understanding the constraints and track cycle to cycle capacity changes. • Manage cleanroom layout plan to improve equipment density, production flow and capacity expansion. • Oversee bottle-neck process and establish capacity improvement plans with cross-functional teams for capacity ramping/ expansion. • Review capital and cashflow requirements, driving activities to improve capital efficiency and reduce cost. • Lead and drive cross functional teams to continuously improve OEE, cycle time and processes. • Identify process and operation inefficiencies in order to propose solutions for optimization and improvement. • Project management using Gantt chart / Action plan to execute and track the timeline of tools ready for production. • Lead, coordinate and work with cross functional teams such as logistic, contractors, tools suppliers, equipment engineers, process engineers, facility engineers, environment health and safety officer to install the tools as planned. Job Requirements BS in Industrial Engineering required, with more than 10-year experience in semiconductor industry including 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferred with 12” high volume manufacturing wafer fabrication experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for evaluating and optimizing processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills are crucial for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage complex engineering projects from start to finish. Excellent problem solving, continuous improvement analytical skills (6Sigma / 5S / Lean Manufacturing). Experience managing and motivating a team of engineers and other technical specialists. Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Power Point, Project, & Word Experience with relevant software like SAP, AutoCAD, or Power BI can be beneficial.
