Industrial Architect

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Architect with 2–3 years of experience in industrial, infrastructure, warehousing, or hospitality projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural designs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with various authorities for approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review architectural designs as per UDCPR, MIDC CDCPR, CIDCO, NAINA, MMRDA, NMRDA norms and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, local building regulations, and approval processes.
• Liaise and coordinate with government authorities for obtaining project approvals.
• Develop master plans, site layouts, and detailed building plans for industrial, warehousing, and hospitality projects.
• Create accurate design drawings and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related tools.
• Support project execution by providing architectural guidance from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to deliver design solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Arch degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience in industrial/infrastructure/warehousing projects.
• Strong understanding of DCR, MIDC norms, UDCPR, and associated approval processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp; ability to prepare concept designs, working drawings, and 3D models.
• Knowledge of local building by-laws and project documentation.
• Ability to handle projects independently from concept stage till execution.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
