Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for leading the architectural design and planning of new industrial projects and facility upgrades. You will collaborate with engineers, planners, and stakeholders to ensure that functional requirements are translated into efficient and sustainable architectural designs. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, zoning laws, and sustainability standards. In this position, you will prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, 3D models, and specifications using CAD and BIM software. Conducting site analysis and feasibility studies for proposed projects will also be part of your responsibilities. You will coordinate with contractors and project managers during construction to guarantee quality and design fidelity. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) along with at least 2 years of experience in industrial or commercial architectural design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design tools is essential. A solid understanding of industrial engineering processes, building systems, and construction methods is required. Your knowledge of safety codes such as OSHA, fire protection, and HVAC planning will be crucial in this position. Excellent communication and project management skills are also necessary for effective coordination with various stakeholders. A portfolio showcasing your creative and technical work will be beneficial during the selection process. This is a full-time, permanent position located at CBD mall, Vaishanodevi Circle.
