Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Industrial Architect located in Gurugram. The Industrial Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction and renovation of industrial buildings and facilities. Day-to-day tasks include developing architectural designs, integrating software solutions, project management, and ensuring that all designs meet regulatory codes and standards. The role requires collaboration with engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality, functional industrial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop architectural plans for industrial buildings and facilities

Work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success

Create 3D models and realistic visualizations using SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion

Prepare technical drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture

5+ years of experience in industrial architecture and construction

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion

Strong understanding of industrial design principles and structural requirements

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
