Position: Architect Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architect to join our team, responsible for designing and delivering high-quality architectural solutions across a variety of sectors, with a focus on Industrial, Pharmaceutical and FMCG projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and other 3D modeling tools, and will bring expertise in both the technical and creative aspects of architecture. Key Responsibilities: Develop schematic, statutory, and working drawings for architectural projects, ensuring the designs meet all client requirements, building codes, and sustainability goals. Create and edit parametric families in Revit, with an understanding of architectural BOQs, specifications, and detailed schedules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural designs meet technical, regulatory, and performance requirements. Contribute to the creation of detailed 2D/3D presentations, utilizing Revit, AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Photoshop, and 3D Max. Provide detailed input for project BOQs, specifications, and construction timelines. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture with 1 to 5 year of experience. Experience in the Industrial Sector will be a significant advantage. Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, BIM, and 3D design software (Photoshop, 3D Max, Google SketchUp).
