Position: Architect Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architect to join our team, responsible for designing and delivering high-quality architectural solutions across a variety of sectors, with a focus on Industrial, Pharmaceutical and FMCG projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and other 3D modeling tools, and will bring expertise in both the technical and creative aspects of architecture. Key Responsibilities: Develop schematic, statutory, and working drawings for architectural projects, ensuring the designs meet all client requirements, building codes, and sustainability goals. Create and edit parametric families in Revit, with an understanding of architectural BOQs, specifications, and detailed schedules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural designs meet technical, regulatory, and performance requirements. Contribute to the creation of detailed 2D/3D presentations, utilizing Revit, AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Photoshop, and 3D Max. Provide detailed input for project BOQs, specifications, and construction timelines. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture with 1 to 5 year of experience. Experience in the Industrial Sector will be a significant advantage. Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, BIM, and 3D design software (Photoshop, 3D Max, Google SketchUp).
Instrumentation Design Engineer The candidate should be Graduate/ Postgraduate (Regular only) in Instrumentation and Control Engineering with 3- 8 years of experience in Instrumentation engineering for Basic and detail engineering phases in projects of oil & gas (onshore) /petrochemical/ chemical/ Pharmaceutical etc. He/ She should have capability to perform following activities: • Coordination with other departments for Instrumentation input/output data. • Co-ordination with vendors. • Preparation of Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Index, IO List, Interlock list. • Preparation of specification (Cable, Cable Tray, JB, Air Manifold). • Preparation and checking of Cable Schedule, Air Manifold Schedule. • Performing Cable Tray calculations like Tray sizing, Cable Tray Loading. • Calculation Instrument Bulk MTO. • Floating the Enquiry to vendor, taking offers from vendor, Evaluating the offers. • TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation) for Instruments, Valves. • VDR (Vendor Drawing Review for other disciplines). He/ She should be conversant with: • Excel spreadsheet, MS word, AutoCAD, Nevis work etc. • ISO certified company environment • Relevant Industrial design codes such as IS/ ISO /API / IEC / ASME / Euro codes
