Industrial Architect

As an Architect at our company, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality architectural solutions across various sectors, focusing primarily on Industrial, Pharmaceutical, and FMCG projects. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other 3D modeling software to bring together technical and creative aspects of architecture. - Developing schematic, statutory, and working drawings for architectural projects - Ensuring that designs align with client requirements, building codes, and sustainability objectives - Creating and modifying parametric families in Revit - Understanding architectural BOQs, specifications, and detailed schedules - Collaborating with diverse teams to ensure designs meet technical, regulatory, and performance standards - Contributing to the production of detailed 2D/3D presentations using software like Revit, AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Photoshop, and 3D Max - Providing essential input for project BOQs, specifications, and construction timelines To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture and possess 1 to 5 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in the Industrial Sector will be advantageous.
