Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for leading the architectural design and planning of new industrial projects and facility upgrades. You will collaborate with engineers, planners, and stakeholders to ensure that functional requirements are translated into efficient and sustainable architectural designs. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, zoning laws, and sustainability standards. - Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, 3D models, and specifications using CAD and BIM software. - Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for proposed projects. - Coordinate with contractors and project managers during construction to guarantee quality and design fidelity. To excel in this role, you must possess: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch). - At least 2 years of experience in industrial or commercial architectural design. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design tools. - A solid understanding of industrial engineering processes, building systems, and construction methods. - Knowledge of safety codes such as OSHA, fire protection, and HVAC planning. - Excellent communication and project management skills. This is a full-time, permanent position located at CBD mall, Vaishanodevi Circle. The salary will be based on the interview.
