About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Marketing Manager to join one of Ahmedabad’s most vibrant and fast-growing real estate companies. This is your opportunity to lead impactful marketing campaigns, manage a high-performance team, and be a key strategic player in the growth of exclusive residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and execute integrated marketing strategies for real estate projects (residential & commercial) Drive lead generation through digital and offline channels Manage marketing budgets, organize events, and oversee branding initiatives Coordinate with internal departments (sales, design) and external agencies/vendors Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns Qualification: 2–5 years of experience in a Marketing or Branding role Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) Hands-on experience with offline marketing – hoardings, print media, exhibitions, etc. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage marketing teams and vendors Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills Interested candidates can send their resumes to HR@vistararealty.com or call 9274231787 for more information.
