We are seeking a skilled Planning Engineer to oversee and track the progress of HVAC/MEP projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, coordination, maintaining trackers, and ensuring timely execution of project milestones by working closely with design, procurement, and execution teams. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain project schedules and trackers (TDS tracker, drawing tracker, procurement tracker, etc.) Coordinate with design and execution teams for timely submissions and clearances Attend weekly project review meetings with clients and consultants Track project progress using project management tools/software Follow up on approvals of technical data sheets and shop drawings Assist in material planning based on quantity take-offs from drawings Coordinate production clearances as per site requirements and approved drawings
