Tekla Modeler (Concrete Structure)

You are a skilled Tekla Modeler with over 2 years of experience in modeling concrete structures (precast or cast-in-place) using Tekla Structures. Your main responsibility will be creating accurate 3D models, reinforcement details, and shop/production drawings for concrete elements in industrial, infrastructure, or building projects. Your role involves: - Creating accurate 3D models of concrete elements like beams, slabs, columns, walls, footings, and stairs using Tekla Structures. - Modeling and detailing reinforcement (rebar) and embed items according to design drawings and project specifications. - Generating shop drawings, rebar drawings, formwork drawings, GA drawings, and material take-offs (BOM/BOQ). - Understanding and applying construction tolerances, rebar spacing, anchorage lengths, cover, and lap splices. - Coordinating with project engineers and other modelers to resolve issues and implement feedback. - Adhering to company and client-specific detailing standards and international codes (e.g., ACI, BS, Eurocode). - Ensuring quality control and timely delivery of project models and drawings. - Participating in model coordination, clash checks, and drawing reviews. Preferred candidate profile: - Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent technical education. - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Tekla Structures for concrete modeling. - Experience in precast or cast-in-place (CIP) concrete detailing projects is essential. - Strong understanding of reinforcement detailing practices and construction methods.
