Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Individual Loan Officer to join our team in Arumuganeri, Tiruchendur Main Road. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry. Roles and Responsibility
Manage and process loan applications from retail customers.
Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk analyses.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.

Job
Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
