Develop and implement the requisite processes and procedures for all payment products & services including KYC, CSP onboarding, product deployment, payments, commissions, reconciliation, settlement, refunds, etc. Should ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. Coordinate and correspond with external stakeholders like partner banks, NPCI and RBI as well as internal stakeholders like IT, Compliance, Risk, and Legal for setting up the procedures. Liaising with the technology team or the partners to deliver the products and implement enhancements as and when desired. All implementations to be managed like a project to ensure timely delivery and quick go-to-market. Conceptualize a seamless user experience to ensure better product off take. After product rollout, constantly monitor relevant metrics to evaluate user experience and make relevant improvements. Work closely with partners, distributors, and sales teams to understand specific requirements and/or needs and accordingly pitch our payment products to the target segment. Responsible for product profitability generate opportunities for income generation and find ways of curbing costs. Facilitate communication between project and business stakeholders, developers, and software application engineers; Undertake industry and legislation analysis, feasibility studies and provide the lead on strategic evaluation of current systems and processes, create product specifications; Recommend and develop business products and solutions to meet ongoing and future requirements; Ensure that the change control process is aligned with business requirements. Manage business development goals and release schedule through effective communication with all stakeholders. Monitor CSP transactions & volume, coordinate audit of CSP networks, and compile relevant MIS reports to assist in formulating appropriate agent productivity & retention strategies to minimize attrition. Required Skillset: Min. 2 years of experience in payments with exposure to building products on the India Stack. Strong written and oral communications skills, proven ability to handle partnerships and customers. Ability to leverage data to identify market opportunities, Strong problem-solving skills. Able to ascertain key business drivers (organisationally and commercially) and relate these to product design. Good organizational and documenting skills, Able to work under pressure and deadlines. Should be a quick learner & have a go getter attitude, should work independent with minimum supervision. Preferred Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate, Candidates with a technical background and MBA are preferred. Relevant Industry Experience: Strong experience in Payments, BFSI, Financial Inclusion, and Fintech.
