As the Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our dermatology product portfolio. You will be responsible for the lifecycle management of assigned products, from strategic planning to commercialization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the dermatology market, excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, and a passion for developing solutions that address patient needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute brand plans and marketing strategies for assigned dermatology brands. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and threats. Collaborate with sales, medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams to drive seamless product execution. Prepare promotional materials, training modules, and campaign plans for field teams Lead new product launches, line extensions, or rebranding projects with a clear go-to-market strategy. Track brand performance through KPIs, sales analytics, and ROI on marketing activities Stay updated on scientific advancements, therapeutic landscape, and regulatory developments. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 2+ years (preferred derma) Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, MBA (Marketing) preferred 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management, preferably in dermatology or pediatrics. Role & responsibilities Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram and E-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart) Manage and grow the brands social media presence (organic + paid) Work closely with creative and content teams to produce compelling content for ads, posts, and emailers Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc Assist in SEO efforts, keyword research, and on-page optimizations Optimize website traffic and conversions via CRO and performance insights Qualification 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a D2C/B2C environment Proficiency with digital tools: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media strategies Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (like Shopify) is a plus Analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from data Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
