Responsibilities

• Generate Leads and Identify Potential Clients:

• Actively seek out potential clients interested in home loans through various channels like referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Sourcing business through open market activities and building relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources.
• Conduct field visits to assess client needs and explain home loan products.

• Client Consultation and Education:

• Understand the financial needs and goals of potential borrowers.
• Educate clients about different home loan products, their features, benefits, terms, and conditions.
• Guide clients in selecting the most suitable home loan option based on their financial situation and eligibility.
• Provide detailed information about the loan application process.

• Loan Application and Processing:

• Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering all necessary documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including the underwriting department, to facilitate smooth processing and approval of applications.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, providing updates on their loan application status.

• Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and potentially generate future business or referrals.
• Foster relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources to ensure a steady flow of leads.

• Sales Targets and Performance:

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loan products.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Interested in Sales (HL/LAP)
• Experienced into Loans Sales form Open market / Field Sales (HL, LAP, Mortgages, PL, BL, Any other loans).
• CIBIL score Not less than 700.

• Salary + Unlimited Incentives + LTA 3000 P.M + 1.5lakhs - 2.5Lakhs Bonus per year.
