Customer Service Executive (Inbound Process) Full Time / Part Time

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Inbound Customer Service Team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate, timely resolutions to queries.
  • Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Manage escalation calls professionally and ensure issues are resolved effectively.
  • Work in rotational shifts within a 12-hour process window (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM).
  • Follow standard operating procedures and meet daily productivity goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass).
  • Graduates are eligible for additional salary benefits.
  • Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi (must); basic understanding of English required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates (up to 3 years) are welcome.
  • Part-time shifts (5 hours) available ideal for college students.
  • Full-time shifts (9 hours) available for regular positions.

Salary Details

Full-Time: 16,308 per month

Part-Time: 11,508 per month
