Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential business clients
• Explain services, pricing, and value propositions clearly
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable packages
• Book qualified meetings or close deals independently
• Follow up with prospects and maintain lead records
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate internally after successful closures

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
• Confidence, persuasion skills, and positive attitude
• Experience in telecalling / inside sales / B2B sales preferred
• Willingness to learn creative & digital services
• Comfortable with targets and incentive-based earnings
• Basic knowledge of CRM or lead tracking is an advantage

Compensation

• Fixed Salary:

   ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (based on experience)

• Incentives & Commission:

   Performance-based (high earning potential)
