Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Sales Specialist, based in Delhi, India. The role involves engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding them through the enrollment process for our German language and career programs. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, building strong customer relationships, following up on leads, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets through effective communication and consultative sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to ensure a positive and seamless client experience
• Excellent Communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
• Experience in Customer Experience and Sales, with a focus on building relationships and meeting sales targets
• Proficiency in managing customer interactions and resolving inquiries efficiently
• Motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Previous experience in education, training, or recruitment is an advantage
• Proficiency in English is required, knowledge of German is a plus
