Job Title: Inbound Sales Representative Location: Ahmedabad Duration: Full time Client: Xtratrust Monthly CTC Offered – 22 - 26k + Incentives for achieving the target Roles and Responsibilities: · Handle inbound sales inquiries via calls, emails, and other communication channels. · Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions (e.g., DSC or eSign products and services). · Convert inbound leads into successful sales while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. · Coordinate with technical and support teams to resolve customer queries in a timely manner. · Prepare and maintain sales reports, updating the status of leads and closures regularly. · Ensure excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. · Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree preferred; · Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms. · Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or IT-related roles. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
