Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Sales Representative, located in Gurugram. The Inbound Sales Representative will engage with potential clients, manage incoming inquiries, and guide customers through the sales process. Duties include qualifying leads, providing detailed information on products, ensuring excellent customer service, and accurately processing orders. The role also involves maintaining existing customer accounts and identifying opportunities for upselling.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and Account Management especially in Inbound Sales
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Order Processing and managing customer accounts
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
