Job Description & Summary: As a Senior manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

· Resource Planning: Develop and maintain resource plans to ensure the availability of necessary skills and personnel for SAP projects. · Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to understand project requirements and allocate resources accordingly. · Resource Allocation: Assign resources based on their skills, availability, and project needs. Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations as necessary. · Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on resource status and address any issues or concerns. · Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of resources and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement. · Risk Management: Identify potential resource-related risks and develop mitigation strategies. · Reporting: Generate and present reports on resource utilization, project progress, and other relevant metrics.

Mandatory skill sets:

Resource Management, preferably within SAP environments.
