Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Order Taker to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of orders and sales.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction.
Ensure all orders are correct and delivered to the right guests.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
