Job Description

Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Customer Service: Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to import shipments. Ensure seamless coordination between clients, shipping lines, customs, and internal teams . Provide proactive updates on shipment status, delays, and issue resolutions. Import Documentation & Coordination: Handle documentation for Bill of Lading (BL), Delivery Orders, Customs Clearance, and Freight Invoices . Ensure accuracy and compliance with import regulations and policies. Work closely with freight forwarders and logistics providers to track shipments. Stakeholder Communication & Problem Resolution: Act as a liaison between clients, customs agents, and carriers for smooth shipment flow. Address and resolve freight, documentation, and service-related issues efficiently. Assist in escalations and maintain strong client relationships. Requirements: Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Import Customer Service Freight Forwarding . Industry Knowledge: Understanding of import regulations, INCO terms, and freight documentation . Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and freight management systems. Soft Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities . Location: Based in Navi Mumbai or willing to relocate.
