What’s The Role
As
Import Material Planner
, you will be responsible for managing the import planning of over 100 finished products from more than 20 countries. You’ll ensure timely replenishment, coordinate with global and local teams, and maintain optimal stock levels to support business continuity and product availability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan import of 100+ finished products from 20+ countries
- Monitor stock levels of imported SKUs and trigger production/replenishment at source
- Coordinate with source countries for on-time production and shipment
- Work with logistics to track shipment schedules and ensure customs clearance
- Collaborate with deployment planners to move stocks to the right depots in the right quantities
- Support new product introductions with the PLM team for timely launches
- Keep sales teams informed on stock situations
- Create daily Stock Transfer Orders via DDMRP
- Review unallocated open orders and provide feedback to supply planners
- Maintain material master data (lead time, buffers) in DDMRP and SAP
- Monitor non-moving stocks and initiate liquidation actions
- Track OTIF-critical SKUs to ensure service level targets are met
What You Bring
- Hands-on supply chain experience with strong planning capabilities
- Experience with GSAP APO and DDMRP-O8 (essential)
- Strong leadership and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
