IMPORT AND EXPORT MARKETING MANAGER

The Import and Export Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies and operations for international markets. This includes overseeing the import and export of goods in compliance with international trade regulations, identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with overseas clients and vendors, and ensuring the brand presence aligns with company objectives across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to international markets.
• Identify and target new markets and customer segments for export growth.
• Conduct market research to understand global customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Coordinate with the product team to adapt products and pricing strategies for different countries.
• Manage global marketing campaigns (digital, events, B2B outreach).

Import & Export Operations

• Manage import/export documentation, licenses, and compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations.
• Coordinate with logistics, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
• Monitor and analyze international shipping trends, costs, and regulations.

Business Development & Relationship Management

• Identify and build relationships with international distributors, agents, and partners.
• Negotiate and manage international contracts, terms of trade, and service agreements.
• Represent the company in global trade fairs, exhibitions, and business delegations.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and supply chain departments for smooth global operations.
• Monitor and report performance metrics (e.g., export sales, marketing ROI, customer acquisition costs).
• Ensure all import and export marketing activities comply with company policies and international regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
