Implementation Specialist

As an Experienced Implementation Analyst at Docyt, a member of the Customer Success team, you will work closely with the Manager of Implementations to provide value to customers through Docyt's software. Your role will involve identifying customer requirements and configuring solutions to meet those needs. This includes customer onboarding, training, data validation, and ongoing software support post-adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Drive implementation milestones by planning and executing tasks for successful first financials delivery - Lead Customer Success initiatives with management support, sharing expertise and mentoring team members - Conduct productive customer meetings and workshops, resolving complex support tasks independently - Handle internal and external communications related to implementations and other initiatives - Utilize expertise in accounting software like QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of accounting experience with strong problem-solving and project management skills - Proven ability to build customer relationships and identify expansion opportunities - Experience in leading customer training and onboarding - Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking - Proactive, independent, and a collaborative team player - Ability to manage and align expectations of internal and external stakeholders Docyt is an AI-powered accounting automation platform that revolutionizes traditional bookkeeping, providing real-time financial insights and streamlining back-office operations for midsize businesses.
