Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Implementation Executive to lead and manage the successful execution of system enhancements and new product implementations. This role is crucial for bridging business needs with technical solutions by collaborating with various stakeholders, defining requirements, and managing projects from initiation through to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to project delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Project Management and Planning:

    Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for creating, enhancing, and deploying new products, services, features, and functions. This includes establishing project timelines, defining specific deliverables and tasks, and managing due dates with a focused approach to ensure all milestones are met.
  • Stakeholder and Vendor Collaboration:

    Serve as a key collaborator with various business areas, system owners, and cross-functional team members to manage future implementations and system enhancements. This involves working closely with vendors to implement enhancements and build successful professional relationships with key stakeholders, adapting quickly to complex organizational cultures.
  • Requirements Definition and Documentation:

    Define clear and detailed project requirements and meticulously monitor their fulfillment throughout the implementation lifecycle. Additionally, assist in the modification of specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and User Manuals to ensure accurate and up-to-date program documentation.
  • Reporting and Communication:

    Provide regular and transparent project updates, collaborating with all team members to accomplish required tasks. This includes reporting weekly to the Executive Sponsor on project status, with a particular focus on identifying and communicating when tasks are at risk until the critical path is determined and secured.

Education Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the capacity to quickly learn and navigate new systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience in documenting processes and creating user-friendly manuals.
