Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Impact Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, with a strong background in impact management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring and evaluation plans to track project impact.
Conduct data analysis and interpretation to inform program decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement program interventions.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with program implementation.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Design and implement data collection tools and methods to measure program outcomes.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation principles and practices.
Experience with data analysis and interpretation to inform program decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to design and implement data collection tools and methods.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and mitigate risks.
