Define and execute the HR analytics and BI strategy aligned with business objectives
Lead and mentor a team of HR analytics and reporting professionals
Establish analytics governance, standards, and best practices
Design, develop, and manage HR dashboards and reports for executives and HR leaders
Deliver insights on workforce metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring, diversity, performance, compensation, and engagement
Enable self-service reporting and data democratization
Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics to support workforce planning and talent decisions
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities using statistical and data modeling techniques
Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable business recommendations
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across HR systems
Partner with IT and integration teams to consolidate data from HRIS, ATS, LMS, Payroll, and Finance systems
Manage HR data models, metadata, and master data
Act as a strategic advisor to HR leadership and business stakeholders
Collaborate with COEs (Talent, Rewards, Learning, DEI) to support data-driven initiatives
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations (GDPR, SOC, internal policies)
Define access controls, data usage standards, and audit processes
